I use all kinds of technology to stay in touch. I use Facebook and other social networks to stay in touch with a lot of family and friends but sometimes it becomes more of a distraction than a way to stay in touch. The reason that I use Facebook is to keep updated with everyone I have ever been friends with when really I should just be caring about a certain few true friends.  I use my computer constantly throughout the day, be it messaging my friend from Germany to Skyping with my friend in Brazil. Which leads me to my iPhone I keep in touch with a lot of my real true friends through text message and FaceTime with my phone with out it for a day and I would not know what to do with myself.  Sometimes I also use my xbox and things like that to stay in touch also with my friends that also play the same game. Most of all I try and talk to people face to face as much as possible to make sure I am not getting to much stimulation from these social networks and virtual messaging.  I try and stay away from the addictiveness of Facebook and other social media networks.
